A Place Called Here And Now

Sarah Griego grew up and resides in Wichita Falls, TX. She received her BFA from Midwestern State University in 2022. She currently holds the position of Curator of Education at the Wichita Falls Museum of Art at MSU Texas.

Griego’s artwork has been published in the Art and Type Magazine established in New York. Her work can be found across MSU Texas campus and other local and online exhibitions. Her practice consists of paintings and prints highlighting the value of time, relationships, and exposure to everyday life. Griego fixates on the momentary placement of objects in their current setting. Capturing these brief moments of time and structures hold importance to her.
