Our day-trip bus tours include a continental breakfast, entrance fees to the museum, guided tour of the special exhibit, and wine and snacks for the ride home.

7:15am  Museum opens for a continental breakfast.

7:45am  MSU bus leaves from the Wichita Falls Museum of Art

10:00am  Tour the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, the only museum in the world dedicated to honoring women of the American West who have displayed extraordinary courage and pioneer spirit in their trailblazing efforts.  We can also tour newly renovated second floor.

12:00pm  Go to the Kimbel Art Museum area for lunch at Kimbel or Modern Museum of Art

2:00pm  A docent tour of Monet: The Late Years, an exhibition that traces the evolution of Monet’s practice from 1913, when he embarked on a reinvention of his painting style that led to increasingly bold and abstract works, up to his death in 1926. Assembled from major public and private collections in Europe, the United States, and Asia.

3:00pm  Board the bus for home with complimentary wine and snacks.  Arrive home by 5:30 PM.

Seating is limited, so make your reservations early. Cost is transferable but not refundable.

Tours leave from the Wichita Falls Museum of Art at MSU.

Please arrive at the WFMA (2 Eureka Circle) NO LATER than 7:30 am.
